Two people were shot in Helenvale in PE's Northern Areas for allegedly refusing to share their drugs with another man.Police Spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu says two men and a woman were sitting in a room inside a house in Martin Street when two of them started smoking tik.
The suspect asked them to share but they refused.
Naidu says the suspect left the room and threatened to come back.
He returned moments later with a firearm and shot both of them.
The 27-year-old man was shot in the stomach while the 20-year-old female sustained a gunshot wound to her shoulder.
The suspect is known to police.
