Police in Uitenhage are investigating a double murder after two men were found beaten to death in Kwanobuhle.Spokesperson Captain Gerda Swart says they were summoned to the scene shortly after 6 am on Tuesday morning where the bodies of the two men, with multiple head injuries, were lying outside a centre in Matanzima Road.
She says it is suspected that the men were beaten with a blunt object.
The victims are believed to be in their late thirties and their names will only be released once they have been formally identified.
Swart says the motive for these murders is not known at this stage.
