25 year old suspect was arrested on a warrant of arrest for the illegal possession of a firearm.On 2 August 2015 police spotted a suspicious vehicle in Gelvandale.
When the police members stopped the vehicle, the suspect ran off but was apprehended and a .38 revolver was found in his possession.
The suspect was released at the time, pending ballistic and DNA analysis.
