Uitenhage police are condemning a shooting incident that occurred in Mabandla Road, KwaNobuhle in the early hours of Monday morning.Sergeant Majola Nkohli reports that 32 year old Daluzuko Jacobs was killed in the shooting at around 3.30 am.
A second man was seriously injured and rushed to hospital. At this stage, a motive for the attack is unknown and police are investigating.
A case of murder and attempted murder has been opened.
Sergeant Nkohli says police recovered a firearm at the scene.
Anyone with information on the shooter or shooters is asked to contact their nearest police station.
