Political parties, particularly the official opposition, will listen critically when Eastern Cape Premier, Phumulo Masualle, delivers the State of the Province Address later Friday.It will be the first since 1994 that the governing ANC is not in charge of the province's economic hub - the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro. The political parties say they expect empty rhetoric from a premier preoccupied with his political future.
