A 4-year-old child died after being hit by a vehicle today in Bethelsdorp.Police spokeswoman Colonel Priscilla Naidu said a case of culpable homicide is being investigated.
“Police are out on the scene. But circumstances are unclear as to the background of the event,” she said.
