On Sunday 3 July around 04:25, Police in Despatch arrested a 23-year old man after he allegedly stabbed a 26-year old man inside Dale View Hall in High Street, Despatch.Police seized a knife that was allegedly used in the attack. The motive is unknown at this stage. A suspect is to appear in the Uitenhage Magistrate's Court on Monday 4 July on a charge of murder.
