A 31 year old man will appear in the Port Elizabeth magistrates court on Monday following an attempted business robbery on Sunday morning.
Labans says the man ordered food at a petrol station in Springbok road, Gelvandale when he pulled out a gun.
The suspect reportedly tried to draw money at an ATM with several cards in his possession when the lady behind the counter called the police.
Labans says he was caught red handed with his firearm which turned out to be a toy gun.
He was also in possession of a knife and will be charged with attempted business robbery.
